PICCOLINO IN THE CITY

Synopsis

Piccolino in the city is s small musical. For many children probably the first of their lives.

In this new and exciting adventure, the mythical caterpillar Piccolino, known from the play Piccolino, a film-concert (running since 2016), travels from the countryside to the city. On leaving his comfortable apple, our protagonist meets Lola, a bizarre and friendly cockroach who will become his best friend.

The Italian-Dutch company Canti Vaganti delights the audience with live music, projections and object theatre, creating a magical and poetic world.

The musical explores themes such as friendship, the encounter with the different, the discovery of a new world and the joy of everyday noises as if it were music.
